Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that public service providers are obliged to carry out regular and continuous evaluations of the performance of public service implementers within the organization. BPS as one of the public service providers, carries out this obligation through the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and BPS public services. SKD routinely held once every year. In 2021, SKD will be held in 514 BPS work units, namely at Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 479 Regency/City BPS. One of the presentations of the results of the 2021 SKD is in the form of a publication entitled "Analysis of the Results of the 2021 Data Needs Survey" as a form of report on the implementation of the SKD. This publication contains a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK). This publication was realized thanks to good cooperation between related work units. We hope that this publication will be useful in improving data quality and BPS service performance. We really hope for constructive suggestions and input for future improvements. Thanks and happy reading.
